❛❛ There will always be things to do better, faster and safer. And without continued innovation in our technology, processes and culture, we will certainly fail." DAVID KELLEHER CEO, 4G Clinical
Why We Do This Our goal is singular but our reasons are many. See what connects our team to our mission. |

I'd been building RTSM systems for over a decade. Then, a few months into my retirement, my wonderful wife and soulmate was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer.
My reason for launching 4G is very simple. We must do whatever we can to ensure that vital medicines get to those who need them as fast as we safely can.
I am immensely proud to be part of 4G, not just because of the technology and what we can do for clinical trials but because of every single person behind it.

OurCommitment
TO THE BIG FOUR |
RTSM (randomisation and trial supply management) systems are responsible for executing randomisation, blinded supply and resupply management to depots and sites, and most importantly of all, drug dispensing to patients. Is there anything more important to get right? We do not take this responsibility lightly, and are committed to never allowing the “Big Four” to occur.
We vow to ensure your RTSM will never: |
|
|||
|
|
MIS-RANDOMISE |
STOCK-OUT |
MIS-DOSE |
COMPROMISE THE BLIND |
|
|
|
If patients are placed in the incorrect treatment arm, not only are you risking harm to the patient, but it can invalidate your trial results. |
Running out of drug at a clinical site is one of the main risks within the supply chain and can have detrimental effects on the patients as well as your overall study. |
Giving the incorrect dose to a patient is a direct risk to patient safety. |
Keeping the blind eliminates bias in clinical trial results. Compromising the blind can stop your trial in its tracks. |
